I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and doing business with McAuley Real Estate Company for over 15 years. Alan and Rick are sophisticated real estate operators, with deep experience in land use entitlements, development, and management. When it comes to real estate, and business in general, they’ve certainly earned their reputation of integrity, professionalism, and execution.

TAIT was the engineer of record for the Los Coyotes Development, providing civil engineering design services from concept to completion. The Los Coyotes Development is a 10-acre residential community located in Buena Park, CA, totaling 80 condominiums, two outdoor courtyards with fire pits and gathering spaces, and access to the Los Coyotes golf course and country club, among other amenities. The McAuley’s real estate team navigated the entitlements, city approvals, public outreach and were successful in securing approvals for this residential project. This development is one that will enhance the entire surrounding community and we at TAIT are proud to have worked with the McAuley’s real estate team on this successful project. We look forward to working with the McAuley team and providing our services on many McAuley projects in the future!

McAuly LCX entitled a complex 80-unit condominium project in my jurisdiction. The multi-year project involved significant neighborhood concerns and required intense public outreach, multiple Planning Commission/City Council hearings and a City-wide referendum. The McAuley group led the project personally and were always responsive and collaborative. They clearly cared about a positive community outcome and worked diligently to balance that with their ROI expectations. They handled the entire public process, with a particular focus on architectural design, and got the project approved and built. I would welcome an opportunity to work with them again.
